    We at, Viper Shaver aim to provide only the best of our services and products to our customers. We guarantee you'll be satisfied with our quality products and service. However, if you're not satisfied with our products or services, feel free to contact our customer service support and we'll guide you through the return policy.

    • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened products with all tags intact. No refunds or exchanges are offered for purchases after 30 days.
    • 30 days money back guarantee only covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects that cause the shaver to malfunction.
    • All products for return or exchange must be approved by Viper Shaver customer service support. Proof of purchase and receipt will be required. No receipt or proof of purchase will not be acknowledged.
    • Please note that if you return your order, you will have to pay return shipping charges and provide the proper tracking number. We will not be responsible for parcels that do not reach us if there is no tracking available.
    • Non-returnable/non-refundable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect items purchased, items in good condition, items delivered incorrectly, damaged items due to customer mishandling.

    • Cancellations of orders made within 24 hours of purchase will be accepted. Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted as stocks are already sent out for international delivery. Please reach out our customer service at support@vipershaver.com for the cancellation or orders.
