    Warranty policy

    1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD

    Viper Shaver Platinum shavers are covered by 1 year limited warranty. The warranty only covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects that cause the shaver to malfunction. Shaver blades and other accessories are excluded from this warranty, as they are considered consumable items and should be replaced every 3 to 6 months for best performance. Normal wear and tear is NOT covered under this warranty.

    This 1 year limited warranty claims can be initiated by contacting customer support at support@vipershaver.com, and we will provide further instructions. To be eligible for this warranty, you must have purchased the shaver from our official website, vipershaver.com, and proof of purchase must be provided. You must also return defective units to Viper Shaver. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee with proper tracking number.

    This warranty is void and no replacement will be made if the product is modified or disassembled in any manner or repaired by a non-authorized repair service. This warranty does not cover purchases that exceed one year.

    This 1 year limited warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Upon acceptance of your warranty claim, we will ship and replace the defective Viper Shaver Platinum with a new one at zero cost.

    No other written warranty for this product is valid unless authorized in writing by Viper Shaver. Viper Shaver is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages of any type, or for the use of unauthorized accessories or attachments. No reseller, agent, or employee of Viper Shaver is authorized to alter this warranty.
